About the Facilitator: Nirmala Ragbir-Day is a health economist by profession and is employed as a clinical Research Officer at the South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust. She is a Health and wellbeing champion for the Trust and delivers training and support to staff, service users and carers of the Trust. Her talks, workshops, seminars and retreats revolve around spirituality in healthcare, mindfulness and self-compassion.
