The date has changed from Saturday to Sunday, Jan 26, due to scheduling conflicts. This coffee is a follow-up for the attendees of the 2025 Goal Setting meeting on Sun. Dec. 28. We are meeting again at the Holyoke Barnes & Noble in Holyoke. Please continue with your 2025 goal setting, and choose items that you want to complete or start in January. You can also chunk a goal into pieces and complete a piece. You may want to list some habits and track them as discussed. We will review and discuss our progress. I am limiting the size to 10 as it was too large of a group when I did this previously.
We will also be discussing methods/habits that help people accomplish their intentions. I'm including a link that I think is a good start on this topic. Feel free to do some research, try some ideas out, and share the information at the coffee.
