This is a yoga group for people in and around Princeton, NJ. A place where all sorts of unique, creative and inspiring people can come together and enjoy the many benefits of yoga. All are welcome!
Right now, all events are either online or some limited space on site classes. Please do check with website for daily class schedule as we are adding new classes and revised schedule with the evolving conditions.

Deepening Mindfulness Practice: 4- week series:
The Nine Attitudinal Foundations of Mindfulness
Interactive Online ProgramIn this four-part series we will unpack the Nine Attitudinal Foundations of Mindfulness. We will work to understand and integrate them into our lives both in our formal and informal practices.
This class is for experienced practitioners of mindfulness, graduates of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and graduates of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy who would like to go deeper in their practice, who would like support in working with, and through, the various obstacles and challenges that arise, and who would like to further integrate this practice into their daily lives.
Fee: $185/$160 if paid by March 14.
