What we’re about
This is a meet up group for Rhode Island and the surrounding areas for people who want to enjoy outdoor Nerf battles in a fun, yet competitive environment.
The RI Summer Nerf League will run from when the weather in the area permits outdoor play, and ends when it no longer does. My best estimate puts that from the end of April/Middle of May to the end of September/Middle of October.
Starting this year we will be enforcing rules about banned ammo types. FVJ darts are not allowed. If you show up with FVJ's you will have to use darts from the groups community bin instead of your own. Please be mindful when purchasing darts for our events. If you're unfamiliar with FVJ's, third party ammo in general, or would like suggestions on what's best to purchase, I encourage you to send any of the admins a message here on meetup. We will be happy to help.
