3.) Tui Na Healing Session
Tui Na is the act of applying pressure by way of various techniques to specific areas and points on the body to release energy that is blocking a pathway that may be causing pain or illness. It is a technique used for thousands of years and has been passed down through lineage in Chinese Culture. (15 minute session).

4.) Drumming Chakra Cleanse
You will end your day with a Chakra cleanse, gentle aromatherapy and a release using Liz's special soft medicine drum, all in the plush setting of our purple room. You will be comfortably nestled with your feet up, warmed by soft blankets and pillows while letting the drum guide you
through this rejuvenating experience.
