Riding Friends

We are looking for likeminded couple(s) to ride with. Now that the kids are grown we are back into riding and our current circle of friends don’t ride. We like to ride as much as we can and did about 10,000 miles last summer in our first full season back on the saddle. We have a BMW K1600GT that is very comfortable for long rides. Jackie just bought and older bike last fall and is planning to get her motorcycle driver’s endorsement this spring/summer. We are on the East side of the cities in River Falls, WI near Hudson. We are in our early 50’s late 40’s.

We really enjoy riding and think it would make it more fun to share it with couples that have the same passion for it. Make new friends in the process. We have joined some groups and will continue to see who we meet there but decided to try this hoping to meet good riding friends.

We mostly ride on the weekends doing days trips or sometime going away for the weekend. Last summer we also went on a 15 days ride that was just amazing! We like hitting the road in the morning making most of the day. Our goals is NOT to start a large group ride. Although it is fun sometime we find it easier to manage keeping it at 2 to 5 or 6 bikes.
