What we’re about
This is a group for anyone involved in any process of Test Engineering. Performing product Quality/Reliability testing involves several techniques and disciplines. Discussing experiences and applications, sharing expertise, and even mistakes that we have learned from will make all of us more efficient and precise at structuring our tests and capturing/analyzing the correct data we are measuring.
Examples of subjects to discuss: Performing Environmental Stress Screening tests;
- Temperature/Humidity, Altitude, HALT/HASS, Salt Fog, Sand/Dust, Solar, MIL-STD’s, etc. (Any testing procedures that are related are welcome for discussion).
- Combined Environment. (Temp/Vibe, Temp/Altitude, etc.)
- Electro-Dynamic Vibration, Combined Multi-Axis Vibration and fixture design.
- Brainstorming and sharing ways to make Test Reports easier to complete and submit.
- Profile development and discussion: Ensuring the product is subjected to the parameters of the profile. (the difference between Control sensor data and Product actual data).
- Discussing Laboratory Quality Management Systems and ISO.
