What we’re about
Remember when we were kids and we used to play, engage, create, explore and pretend? We weren't stressed out or checking our phones, and, we loved to connect in person. This meet-up offers grown-ups just that - recess - because it's not just kids that benefit from play. We'll enjoy the art of play via improvisation, laughter yoga and mindfulness exercises. We'll check our devices at the door in order to authentically, joyfully and intentionally interact with those around us using the one thing that brings us all together - laughter! Who knows what adventures might unfold as we immerse ourselves in cooperative, unscripted play?

Bring more joy, fun, and laughter into your life by learning how to get out of your head and into the moment, while making new friends, too!
Throughout this 6-week Level 1 intro class, students will explore the basic concepts of improvisational theater in a warm, safe and supportive environment.
Level 1 Improv is designed to build self-confidence and explore creativity using the fundamentals of improvisation. Beneficial for both actors and non-actors, it will expose students to:
*Being – and responding - in the moment.
*Accepting and building on gifts from classmates.
*Embracing – and using - failure.
*Co-creating with others
*Thriving in an unscripted environment.The class will introduce students to the organic side of spontaneous ensemble comedy and the teamwork that cooperative play requires.
Students leaving this course will have a working understanding of the basic fundamentals of improvisational theater as well as an increased appreciation, and comfort, with being on stage - and in life - without a script.Start Date: Monday, January 13
End Date: Monday, February 17All classes are 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. at Third Space Improv in St. Augustine.

- Wine Down with Laughter YogaThird Space Improv, St. Augustine, FL
Enjoy the happiest of happy hours at Third Space Improv!
Laughter Yoga is a mind-body combination of clapping, laughter exercises, deep breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques to enhance health and happiness. The benefits of this light cardio workout are many – laughter yoga increases blood circulation, kicks depression, reduces blood pressure, alleviates stress, releases endorphins, increases oxygen flow, and, builds community. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! No experience with yoga necessary!
Notice that there's NO yoga poses because the yoga part of laughter yoga is in the breathing and stretching. It's for all ages, all physicalities, all bodies and minds! It requires no experience in anything - not even laughter!
To help you "wine" down, a glass of wine will also be served!
Third Space Improv Owner + Ringleader, Amy Angelilli, is a certified laughter yoga leader and she will get you laughing so hard you're crying - and in community too!
Please bring a mat, a towel or a pillow for the meditation portion of the class. Or, if you don't want to get on the floor, use one of our chairs - that's perfectly fine too. Do what feels fine - and fun - to YOU!

Many of us make a new year's resolution to make new friends. At Campfire Conversations you’ll have the opportunity to remove your mask and practice real talk while making new and meaningful connections.
Third Space Ringleader, Amy Angelilli, has lead Campfire Conversations all over the country - and online, too. She has a passion for facilitating deep conversations that enable community members to move the needle from acquaintances to friends.
Third Space offers concessions as well as free parking.
