What is a Silent Book Group??? A silent book group is a chance to chat with friends as well as having some dedicated time to catch up with your 'To Read' list.
Come spend 30 minutes chatting with friends before spending a silent hour reading any book you like. There will be a chance to socialize at the end of the silent hour as well.

Enjoy the relaxing wellness of Yoga in a fun-filled way, led by a professional yoga instructor from iDoYoga San Antonio. This Yoga class offers many options to safely stretch and practice breathing exercises using a chair for support for older adults and families of all abilities. Light refreshments will be provided. Hosted in the Latino Collection and Resource Center (LCRC) at Central Library.

1:00PM Familiarize yourself with the American Sign Language (ASL) alphabet and numbers. Begin building a foundation with essential vocabulary.
2:00PM Explore Deaf culture, communication etiquette, awareness and allyship, and learn how to actively support the deaf community. Expand your vocabulary with themed lessons.
All Levels Welcome: Individuals of all experience levels, ages 13 and up, are invited to join and participate.
