$10In this series, we will explore what prevents us from truly being happy and learn practical Buddhist advice to increase our inner peace and happiness in daily life. We will delve into ancient wisdom and meditation techniques that are essential for living a more peaceful, purposeful, and happy life.
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation, followed by practical instructions on the topic, concluding with a final meditation and time for questions.Everyone is welcome! These meditation classes, suitable for all, offer practical methods to improve the quality of our lives through meditation and Buddhist teachings.
Each class is available on a drop-in basis. You can attend the entire series or individual classes, as each class is self-contained.
