What we’re about
Welcome to the Shore Up Soccer Meetup. This is no ordinary soccer pick up group, this is a sports ministry program supported by Lake Avenue Church. Our aim is to develop relationships & support each other on and off the field through the gospel message of Jesus Christ. We will have devotionals and bible based discussions during games/practices/pick ups/ etc. There will also be opportunities for events outside of soccer, like BBQs and get-togethers.
Adults of all skills levels are welcome-children can come out as well (they may not participate in the scrimmage but can participate in some of the skill drills and of course all Bible studies. This is a great opportunity to ask questions tough questions about God, Christianity, Jesus, life, soccer, particle physics, and much more.
