SPIRITUALITY IN FOOD - WEEKEND RETREAT
We all know the phrase "You are what you eat". In this retreat, we discuss the subtle impacts that food has on our thoughts and emotions. We seek to understand the dynamics between food and the quality of our thoughts and habits. We explore the role food plays in our spiritual life and identify eating strategies that can nourish the whole self – both body and mind. Food can be the missing link that supports our efforts for personal change and provides the necessary foundation for the development and maintenance of a regular meditation practice.FACILITATORS
