Spiritual Nourishment is here to support you in ‘digesting’ the aspects of your life where you may feel limitation, pain or sluggishness. In skillfully digesting, your attention and energy is transformed AND directed toward what truly nourishes your innate essence of Love, Aliveness and Joy ( that we all do have within!) Join us if you are willing to be, act on and become (more) the transformation you want to to see in our world. In this place of Spiritual Nourishment, we embody and share an essence of loving and wholeness that also nourishes the environment and community around us.
