This is a group for Real Estate Investors of all experience levels in Tacoma and the surrounding communities. Whether you are a seasoned investor or just getting started, you will find that the Tacoma Real Estate Investing Group will not only be a great place to learn and network but with the ultimate goal of participating, partnering, lending, borrowing, buying and selling real estate as a means to create income, long term wealth and a lifestyle by design.
We started in Salt Lake City and recently expanded to Tacoma and the surrounding area. With our years of experience in real estate investing our aim is to make new friends and business partners through various meetings, workshops and property tours.
The meetings will focus on education and networking with topics such as Wholesaling, Fix & Flips, Short Sales, Buy and Hold, Creative Acquisitions, Velocity Banking, Credit, Tax and Legal, Problem Solving, Marketing…..etc.
We found that by providing these educational meetings it not only attracted and helped both new and experienced investors, looking to gain an edge, but also the real estate industry professionals began taking notice as well. So, we welcome everyone; Real Estate Agents, Beginning Investors, Experienced investors, Money Lenders, Title Companies, Construction folks, folks that know nothing and folks that know it all…it doesn’t matter as it takes a community of individuals to create something truly special.....
