Health is our real wealth and so try to host events that heal us  physically, mentally and spiritually. This Meetup hosts all Free and Community oriented events only. If you would like to host such an event for the benefit of your community do message the organizers.


A most pertinent health and wellness technique in these uncertain time is Meditation.  As per report from NIH that operates under US Department of Health and Human services - Many studies have been conducted to look at how meditation may be helpful for a variety of conditions, such as high blood pressure, certain psychological disorders, and pain. A number of studies also have helped researchers learn how meditation might work and how it affects the brain.

'Sahaja Yoga' meditation is shared in this Meetup which is always free. It was established in 1970 by founder Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi as a way to take meditation to masses. It is a very easy technique to help us easily take into profound relaxing state and helps us shed negative thoughts and gives us new ray of hope and  joy in our lives.

There are simple 9-step Self realization and and 3-step balancing meditation shared. More importantly applications of meditation in real life situations is shared. Also enjoy some light-hearted socialization at end with session other wellness seekers to make it a very wholesome and nourishing experience for your body, mind and soul.
