There has been a lot of research around the topic of happiness and the human brain. How does the wiring of the brain affect our ability for happiness? Are there practices which help us to re-wire our brain for happiness? Join us to know the answers!
What we will do:
We will eat some Tacos and then watch Ted talks and then discuss it.
This is a free event. It is not a religious event. Everyone is welcome. We value respectful conversations, diverse opinions and good food.
The Ted Talks will be given by 2 neuro-scientists on the connection between happiness and the human brain. We will also discuss the works of Gabor Mate and other trauma informed researchers. These speakers connect theory to practice giving stimulating ways for us to create habits of happiness so that happiness becomes a state of mind.
Just yourself & bring a notepad if you want to take notes. We will have Tacos and Sopapillas.
