What we’re about
We are a group of friends looking to expand our social circle. We wish to create a friendly social group with like minded people. We hope to organise a wide variety of activities and are looking for members to become involved and both share ideas and organise events. We would like to encourage everyone in and around the Bay and in the South Devon area to become involved.
In order to maintain the group we ask each member to pay £5 once you have decided that our Meetup is for you. This would normally be your 2nd Meetup attendance. Please give your £5 to an event organiser. It isn't always easy/appropriate for the organiser to ask everyone so please volunteer the money. Alternatively, please pay by bank transfer (message David L for account details). We also request that members who bring guests pay £1 for each guest per event. Records are kept so you will never be chased for payment if you have already paid. Please note that we hope this payment will be a one off, but we may have to reconsider and make it an annual fee. None of the organisers make any money from this fee.
