This is for everyone who has an interest in meditation, self-development and overall peace of mind. Join us for a weekly exploration of the wonderful book The Heartfulness Way by Kamlesh Patel and Joshua Pollock. This simple and enjoyable read will be an inspiration to anyone starting out or who is already a seasoned meditator. We will include a 15-minute practical Heartfulness Meditation session. This is a five-week program led by two long-time meditators.

Books can be reserved ahead through the Madison Library. Copies will also be available at the first session. Bring your friends!
