Calling all those interested in living a life filled with positive energy, successful living and wellness! I am a local licensed psychotherapist, life coach, intuitive counselor/healer and Karuna Reiki® Master and have been facilitating Meditation and Inspirational Seminars since 2004. I have been in private practice as a psychotherapist and life coach since 1994. I love creating sacred space for people to heal, evolve and connect with others. The classes will be held at my office, as well as, at local community organizations.
All skills levels are welcome. No experience is needed. I'm Looking forward to meeting each one of you and helping you relax and feel happy.
