Walk in Beauty Sacred Circle, where spirituality meets life.

Trance Drumming, a co-created ceremony, is a high vibrational, uplifting and healing experience. We gather around the Grandmother Drum, opening our Circle in prayer, sharing with the talking stick and dedicating our drumming in gratitude for life, healing, joy and whatever we each bring to the ceremony. Hand-drums are also welcome and we have extras to share.

What is Trance Drumming?
Following our introduction, prayers and sharing, we drum for an hour without talking or singing songs. You may choose to sit or move without drumming at any time, but our commitment is to keep the Grandmother Drum's sound going for the duration.

Sound Healing in this way opens us to Source Energy, Ancestors and Spirit Guides as we move into that delicious expansive space of no mind. Truthfully, it is hard to explain and each persons experience is unique, but it has a over-riding feeling of Love and being held by Mother Earth and All That Is.

After our hour of drumming, we sit in silence, deep silence for 10 minutes or so. This time is precious as we complete our "download" of spiritual guidance and integrate it. And then, we pass the Talking Stick to share our experience if we choose.
And close with a prayer.
