Anyone who signs up (RSVP) for this event, you agree to accept and abide to the Attendance Guideleines below:- RSVP's: Everyone who attends must RSVP and be on the “Going” list. If you change your mind about attending this event, please update your RSVP to “Not Going” or notify the Host via text or Meetup messaging. Confirmations may be sent to confirm your RSVP. When confirmation is requested, this is to confirm that you will be attending and when the host makes the reservation with the venue, there will be enough seats for everyone. Those who don’t confirm will be moved to “Not Going”. You can still go to the venue but not sit with the group. Please have your Meetup notifications for this group and event turned on. Please keep in mind that when you RSVP, you are counted as an attendee. No Shows create problems when making reservations at restaurants and venues. Thank you!
- Behavior: Everyone is expected to be respectful, considerate, courteous, gracious and maintain sober behavior. Everyone is required to abstain from gossip, discussing any hot topics that would create discord or arguments. This includes arguing or talking negative about politics, wars, race, religion, other Meetup groups, people, or any kind of negativity. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated. The 2025 Season for the Flower Fields in Carlsbad opens in March. Join us for a day trip on Saturday, March 22nd @ 9:00 AM (arrive at 10:30AM) to this fun, scenic, beautiful Meetup event. You won’t want to miss a single bloom. 🌷✨ For over sixty years, Mother Nature has transformed the rolling hills of North San Diego County into one of the most spectacular and coordinated displays of natural color and beauty anywhere in the world. Meet with friends, bring a friend and make new friends at this event. In addition to the flowers, the New Butterfly Encounter holds hundreds of vibrant butterflies fluttering and landing gently on guests. Nectar sticks attract the butterflies, creating a magical and unique experience. Each moment becomes a memory of wonder and appreciation for these colorful creatures, allowing guests to feel truly immersed in the natural world. We will meet for late lunch at Carlsbad VillagePREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT
Options for attending this event (We will leave Orange County at 9:00 AM and arrive at the Flower fields around 10:30 AM)- You can drive on your own to the Flower Fields
- You can carpool with someone who is willing to provide a ride to the Flower Fields (please be courteous and offer money for gasoline)
- We can caravan together
- Be sure to bring a camera!
- Bring your walking shoes suitable for farm roads and sloped pathways.
- Apply sunscreen and bring a hat.
- Please leave all pets and emotional support animals at home.
- This is a smoke free experience.

Please display your tickets on a mobile device or printed out to gain entry to The Flower Fields.
