Hi my name is Linda, I have been practising meditation since 2009 when I was lucky enough to live on the Thai/ Myanmar border for 3 years. Whilst living there I taught a group of monks English in exchange for guidance on meditation and breathing techniques. Since settling back in the UK I have become a qualified mindfulness teacher, I studied a 2-year postgraduate programme at Bangor University in 2016. I love to meet up with like minded people and share some of the techniques I have learnt.... and ground breathe and connect together xx
