This group is for hikers over 50 who haven't given up on their love of hiking and being in nature despite their age or level of physical conditioning. Our pace is slow on the uphill and moderate on the level and down hill.
Hike Ratings: Easy, Moderate, Strenuous. The pace for all hikes will be the same. Harder hikes have rougher footing (rocks & tree roots), more elevation gain and mileage. We start as a group, we hike as a group and we end as a group. Our goal is to stay fit while enjoying the camarederie of hikers who have similar skills and goals. This is a dog free hiking group.
