What we’re about
The Iceni Chapter is a member of the Widows Sons Masonic Bikers Association, we are a not for profit organisation and our area covers the London, Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding counties.
The Widows Sons is an International Association which is open to all Freemasons who enjoy motorcycling and have a desire to ride with and associate with their fraternal brothers. There are many chapters throughout the UK and the rest of the world.
We also encourage suitable motorcyclists who are not Freemasons, but may be interested in freemasonry, to apply to join us at the Coborn Lodge 1804, that was saved from handing in their warrant, which is a Metropolitan Lodge that meets at Chingford London E4, also we have saved St. Pauls Chapter 0194 Metropolitan Chapter that also meets at Chingford London E4 with members from London and all the surrounding home counties, and much further. Our goal is to introduce the pleasures of motorcycling to our Masonic Brothers and to raise Masonic Awareness in the world of motorcycling.
We also support our Masonic lodges through regular attendance and assisting with other lodge events.
We have chapters throughout the United Kingdom Spain, plus Holland with some Iceni members and each Widows Sons chapter is encouraged to sponsor or participate in local charity runs or events, our total Membership is getting towards 1500
In all cases, we strive to present a positive image of Freemasonry and our Association to the public
