What we’re about

We will focus on health improvement through practice of ancient Chinese arts of self development: Qigong, Tai Ji Chen Family style. <br>Practicing safe meditative exercises, breathing techniques selected in a way of the most practical way we will be able to create for ourselves regular routine of exercises and meditation that will bring us to healthy state of our body, mind and spirit; help to deal with stress level in our life, give great harmonious workout to our body and just enjoy morning quitness of the nature becoming part of it. <br>I am just starting this group and content may be adjusted based on interest of practitioners - from meditation to self -defense skills.
