WOW!! What a great discussion!! Thank you so much Monica for facilitating!! And the food was delicious!

Our next book is A Great Country by Shilpi Somaya Gowda. Eve will be facilitating our discussion. We are already full with a waiting list! Please arrive by 1pm for eating and chatting. We will start our discussion at 1:30 until 4pm. Our potluck will be themed to the book as always. I will send out an email with the address and particulars to all members who have RSVP’D YES 1 week before we meet.

The Los Angeles Review of Books Festival is happening at USC the last weekend of April. Join us as we attend on Sunday. We will meet up together in the morning and then peruse the different organizations there. There is a lot of opportunity to learn about new authors, literary nonprofits, and ongoings in the LA literature scene. You can stay for as long as you want, and after about 2 hours we will have lunch in the area at a local restaurant, or you can bring your own lunch and join us.
