"Creating Space for Yoga" is an idea that will help you to find the time and energy to not only incorporate a yoga practice into your life but incorporate the yoga principals into every part of your life. Yoga is great for the body AND the mind!
Creating a unique blend of vinyasa flow and mindfulness. This class has a meditative feel, yet still gets you up and moving and the heart pumping that is appropriate for all levels of practice. Postures and pace of class will allow deep stretching, strengthening, stress relief, safe alignment and movement with breath. Modifications are given to accommodate different levels of strength and flexibility, yet will challenge a seasoned yogi. Students are encouraged to operate within their own abilities.
