What we’re about
Calling all literary enthusiasts! Let’s grab drinks and discuss great books at various spots around the city. We meet about every three weeks, alternating between Wednesdays and Saturdays. At the end of each event, we will nominate, vote on, and select a book to read for a future meetup.

What if I didn't like or finish the book?
Show up anyway; we're fun people! Diverse opinions are welcomed, and discussion of the book often winds into discussions of life, the universe, and all manner of other stuff throughout the night.
Is there any commitment to attend regularly?
No. Feel free to come when you have time or see a book you'd like to read.
What type of books do you read?
It varies, whatever the attendees nominate and vote for. It can be anything from an autobiography of an 18th-century blacksmith to an intergalactic battle between time-traveling clowns and vampires. We prefer books that aren't too long and are at least a couple of years old. (New books are expensive and hard to get from the library).
