A Hotspot For Indoor And Outdoor Activities in Gothunberg

Let's get togehter and go for a one-day sightseeing to Strömstad and Koster islands in Strömstad. Near Norway Border.

We meet at Gothunberg central station at 8:30 in front of the train (Västtågen 3734 ) towards Strömstad.

Departure at 8:40

It takes 2 hours and 50 minutes to get to Strömstad. We arrive in Strömstad at 11:30.

In Strömstad we take the ferry to go to Koster islands.

Return: 18:35. We'll be back in Göteborg at 21:20

You need to buy the ticket for zones A, B and C. Or summer ticket.

We'll take a city and island walk for about 3 hours or 12 kilometers.

The whole event takes 13 hours.

Bring enough snacks, food or water or coffee.

Like always we play some music and volleyball. We take long breaks for some swims.

Like always, bring your swim-wear if you want to take a dip in the water.

Let's get together and go for a short and medium-paced stroll in Särö nature reserve.

We meet at 13:15 at Heden bus stop and take the bus ( X3 towards Särö) to go to Särö station.
From there we take the bus ( 720 towards Kungsbacka).

We get off at Särö Kyrka bus stop.

From Heden, It takes 1 hour to get to Särö Kyrka bus stop.

You need to have tickets for zones A and B. Or summer ticket.

We start our walk from Särö Kyrka bus stop and we take a walk in Särö Västerskog.

We take the bus at 19:00 to get back to Göteborg. Will be in Göteborg at 20:00.

The route is a bit sandy, stoney and hilly.

It's a medium-paced walk. Neither fast nor slow.

The walk is more or less 2 hours or 8 kilometers.

The whole event might take 7 hours.

We take long breaks to take some swims and pictures. To play music and volleyball. and enjoy the warm and sunny summer day and the nature surrounding us.

Bring enough enough water, tea, coffee or snacks with you.

I take some pictures of us and share them here. Then you choose to be in the pictures or not.

Let's explore the magical island, Dyrön.

We meet at Kungälv rececentrum at 10:45. We take the bus 302 towards Marstrand, at platform 2, departs at 10:59

We get off at Rökan bus stop. Before Marstrand.

We take the ferry towards Södra Dyrön at 11:45, at Rökan Bryggan ferry stop.

It takes 1 h and 10 min to get to the island from Kungälv Rececentrum.

You need to have tickets for Zones A and B. Or summer ticket.

We take a slow-paced hike for about 2 hours or 9 kilometers on the island.

We take the ferry at 15:50 to get back to Göteborg. We will back in Göteborg at around 17:30.

The whole event might take 7 hours.

The island is hilly, rocky and stoney.
Never flat and smooth. Be preapared.
Wear proper walking boots.

As always, we take long rests to take some swims, to take some pictures.

As always, we play beachvolley and some musics.

Bring enough snacks, food or water or coffee.

Don't forget your swim-stuff if you want to take a swim in the water.

Don't forget to have your wide smile on your face and your warm heart in your chest. we truly and warmly take care of each other in our group. We try to have fun and try to make everyone feel warm-welcomed and involved.
