What we’re about
Ann Arbor New Tech is one of the longest-running, largest attendance, tech startup events in the region. Since 2009, we've hosted hundreds of companies at our monthly flagship event, where 3-5 companies get 5 minutes to pitch their product, do a 5 minute Q&A with the audience, after which we open it up for community announcements and networking.
We welcome members from any school, sector, or industry function (e.g. entrepreneurs, technologists, investors, lawyers, marketers, students, bloggers, etc). If you're new to entrepreneurship and want to ask questions, or you're a seasoned entrepreneur looking to keep up to date with the community, Ann Arbor New Tech is for you. Our members meet every few weeks to participate in demo events, educational panel and speaker events, unconferences, and happy hours.
Our flagship event is the third Tuesday of each month. Please e-mail organizers@a2newtech.org if you'd like to demo or sponsor.

Lifted+ - A tech platform to simplify the cannabis experience for both consumers and dispensary owners. The industry is fragmented, and Lifted+ is solving that with a streamlined, user-friendly platform that enhances product discovery through AI-powered recommendations.
Down2Chill - Down2Chill is a social networking app designed to make real-world socializing easier and eliminate isolation. Instead of endless scrolling, it lets users instantly share their availability, mood, and plans with friends—making spontaneous, face-to-face hangouts simple and seamless.
