With a Master’s in Public Administration, she applies her Three E’s Framework—Experience, Experimentation, and Expertise— to help individuals and organizations create lasting impact. Myrtle is a published author, performer, and public speaker featured in Miami Wire, using her platform to foster connections, mentorship, and community-building to inspire both personal and professional growth.
