Academy of Self Discovery focuses on personal growth, self-awareness, and well-being. We offer next level services, in the form of online classes and sessions, to uncover and release your hidden self for you to discover a life filled with purpose and clarity.
Academy topics range from personal development and self-healing to spiritual growth and soul beginnings. Perspectives such as self-empowerment, shadow and light work, psychic awareness, astrology and galactic origins are a sample of what the Academy offers.
With the addition of new modalities and life changing tools, we promote expansion into new perspectives and self-discovery. The Academy provides the art of unlearning to discover your true self.

Rooted in developmental psychology, Attachment Theory explains how early relational patterns shape our emotional bonds and behaviors in adulthood. In this one hour session, we’ll take a deeper look through a spiritual lens - examining how attachment styles influence our inner lives, relationships, and connection with your higher self.
You’ll gain an understanding of the four primary attachment styles, while reflecting on how these patterns affect spiritual growth, self-awareness, and healing. This class blends psychological insight with spiritual inquiry, offering a compassionate framework for transformation and deeper connection - with ourselves, others, and the sacred.
Come prepared to explore the emotional roots of connection from a soul-centered perspective.

Why Is the Academy Offering This Event for Free?
Founded by Susan in late 2024, the Academy of Self Discovery was created to share over 20 years of teaching experience in a meaningful and accessible way. This is a special opportunity to explore our offerings, experience our teaching style, and begin your journey of self-discovery with us. After this introductory period, the Academy will transition to a subscription-based model with options for individual class purchases starting January 2026.We’re honored to support your path and look forward to growing with you.
