NO SHOW POLICY:
If you or your guest are a no-show at  any event, it may affect your ability to attend the next event you sign up for.

Specifically, if you or your guest are a no-show for any event after November 2024, if you are attending an event that fills up and has a waitlist, you will be moved from attending to the waitlist.

Of course, if the waitlisted individuals are able to attend because of others not attending, you will also be accommodated.

This policy includes guests because they take a spot, and no-shows impact both event planning and those on the waitlist.  So it is suggested that you encourage your guests to sign up for themselves, so if they don’t show up, it doesn’t affect you.

Please note: This adjustment will only be made ONCE after the first no-show.

It hasn’t yet been decided what to do for repeated no shows.

This policy is in place to encourage everyone to update their RSVP in a timely manner, allowing hosts to plan effectively and giving others the chance to attend.

DISCLAIMER: The organizers and leaders of this group are volunteers, not professionals. Hosts who offer their homes do so solely for the enjoyment of all attendees.

By participating in any event, you, along with any guests you bring, agree to hold no one liable for any injury or accident that may occur during or after the event. Please ensure your guests are aware that everyone is responsible for their own safety.
