Connecticut Active Singles is a 35+ year old, non-profit organization that brings together singles (30s-70s) for hiking in Connecticut on two Sunday mornings a month.

GPS: 1200 Echo Lake Rd., Watertown. Take Rt 8 North off at Exit 37. Go straight ahead on Rt 262 East. Left at stop sign onto Echo Lake Rd. Meet .8 mile on left. For Rt 8 South off at Exit 37. Right end of ramp. Meet .8 mile on left.
NO KIDS - NO DOGS - NO SNEAKERS, Wear hiking boots. Buffet breakfast or early lunch after each hike. Hike starts at 8:30 am sharp, please arrive at 8:00 am. Hike will last approximately 2 hour. Singles Only 30s-70s. If this is your first hike with us, please see Charlie as soon as you arrive. He'll be wearing a blue baseball hat and blue t-shirt and will have a name tag.
We hike at four different group levels:
Social: 3 to 4 miles
Moderate-Intermediate: 4 to 5 miles
Advanced: 5 to 6 miles

From the hike, go down Echo Lake Rd and get onto Route 8 North. Get off at Exit 38, and take a left at the bottom of the ramp. Bear right at first traffic light. Next traffic light, turn left onto Route 6. Go .3 mile to Chapman Lumber on the right to park in their lower lot. Walk across the street to Rozzi’s.
