Meet other local people who practice meditation. Discuss and practice techniques that focus and still the mind. Interactive classes, with a variety of practical exercises; opportunity to discuss and share individual experiences.

Meetings will begin at 7 pm on Wednesdays.
If you wish to participate in a meeting, please register and you will receive the necessary link to join the session.
No matter what your level of meditation experience, please join us for Wednesday evening open meditation and discussion. Enjoy a tranquil atmosphere where your mind can rest and your spirit can be renewed. The evenings begin with an introductory period for newcomers and continue with meditation and discussion for new and experienced meditators alike. Bring your insights and questions.We encourage attending in person, as engaging with the class is easier without the distractions of our living spaces.

Nonduality and Meditation I offers an introduction to meditation and the philosophy and practice of Advaita Vedanta. Through discussion and practical exercises, the course invites you to examine closely your experience of body, mind, and the world; to refine the attention and understanding; and so to lay the groundwork for awakening to the one Self in all.Participants will be initiated into meditation and given a Sanskrit mantra towards the end of the course. The course will be hybrid, but the initiation will take place in-person at our Waltham house. If you choose to attend online, a Zoom link will be located at the bottom of your Eventbrite confirmation email.
Participants are given brief readings and exercises each week, and are invited to share their responses and experiences in class.
