If you like board games that tell a story, we are launching a Legacy board game group.
Legacy board games are games that are played over multiple sessions, and the board evolves based on what players do in the game.
To start, we'll be playing "Ticket to Ride | Legacy," which is based off the popular "Ticket to Ride" board game.
In "Ticket to Ride," players build railroads to have the most successful railroad system across the country.
We have never played the legacy version, but it is based on the early days of the railroads -- and the wild west -- so the story is likely to be shaped around those adventures.
We plan to play once a month on Saturday afternoons.
If the RSVP list is full, please join the waitlist. There's a possibility we could have two separate games going at the same time, and can keep everyone posted about that.
Please feel free to bring food or soda to share. There's also a place a couple minutes away for anyone who would like to order dinner while playing.
To start, we'll be gathering at a house to play, but are open to switching to a different venue that everyone likes.
If coming from North on 82, it's the first driveway on the right. If coming from South on 82, it's the second driveway on the left. The GPS is known to direct to the wrong address.
See you then.
