ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES:
$25** (average approx. $2 per month)
** Between now and June 30, 2025 new memberships are valid until July 1, 2026

Membership Fees will be used to cover the yearly Meetup Platform Subscription Costs. All surplus membership fees and additional event fees could be used to cover as needed event material costs, organizer extra planning time, some organizer expenses and unplanned costs incurred for the group's shared entertainment and social benefit.

CODE OF CONDUCT:
Our goal is to provide a fun community that is safe and welcoming. This is a social group and not a dating site. Unsolicited messages to members are not allowed. Treat everyone in a respectful and welcoming fashion. No bullying or harassment, or aggressive behaviour. Complaints could result in being banned.

VOLUNTEERS:
Organizers are volunteers. This is not a business. Volunteers may receive miniscule amounts of money from fees that in no way can be equated or measured against the hundreds of dedicated and focused hours per year planning, posting, and attending events for group's shared entertainment and social benefit. Please show respect that is due to all the volunteer organizers and acknowledge that every event may or may not be perfectly curated ahead of time.
