What we’re about
Do you want to meet new people? Do you want to get some real-live face-to-face social interaction with your new friends? Do you want to go on miniature adventures via board gaming? Do you enjoy playing games or learning new games, or both? If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, then this is the group for you!
Not your grandpa's board games: We are rarely found to be playing classic board games such as Monopoly, Clue, Scrabble, Yahtzee, etc. No disrespect to the classics, but board gaming has experienced a resurgence which has resulted in a myriad of new, interesting and unique games to try. We typically play light to heavy strategy games, playing whatever participants bring/want to play. Don't let that intimidate you though, we are always willing to teach!
We plan to have several meetups every month and eventually would like to plan some bigger all-day gaming marathons on occasional weekends as well as possibly a convention of sorts. If any of this is exciting to you, please join us! Can't wait to game with you, fellow Game Knights!
