My name is Monika, and I’ve dedicated my life to adding value to the world by creating and sharing empowering experiences that support inner peace, self-discovery, and personal transformation. I’m passionate about compassion, unity, peacebuilding, selfless service, and promoting a conscious, vegan lifestyle that honors all living beings.

It's a powerful alignment technique that helps you reconnect with your essence, using music, movement, breath, and voice. Conscious Dancing supports emotional release, expansion in love, and surrender to the present moment.
🚶 Conscious Walking
Conscious Walking™ is a dynamic form of walking meditation that clears the mind, relieves stress, and enhances emotional balance. In just 30 minutes, it can bring the benefits of hours of seated meditation—perfect for our modern, fast-paced lives.
🧘 Guided Meditations
We offer a selection of five powerful meditations gifted by Mohanji, a world-renowned spiritual humanitarian. These include:
