What's the purpose of the group?
- The purpose of the group is to share the Yogic knowledge for health, happiness and harmony.

Our emphasis is to help integrate Yoga into daily routine and lifestyle. The simple yet powerful practices of Ancient Yoga will help promote health, develop better immunity, better digestion, better circulation of blood through the system, better oxygenation in the body, and better management of nervous agitations. Ancient Yoga practices will help improve the performance of the physical and internal systems. Our classes will touch upon all these "Promotive" aspects of yogic practices.

Who should join?
- Any yoga aspirants whether beginner or never practiced before and would like to give a chance to ancient yoga techniques and learn how to create balance at the physical, mental and emotional levels.
- Advanced practitioners (who don't have enough time in their busy schedule), learn ancient yoga in a systematic and progressive style and make "Yoga as a lifestyle" and bring transformative and sustainable changes in your life.
- Anyone regardless of religion, faith, nationality, gender, etc. Yoga can help connect you with whatever faith and belief you may have or have been practicing in the truest form.

What will you do at your events?
- Learn the concept of Ancient Yoga Vidya - how yogic practices helps in total well-being.
- How to integrate simple but powerful yogic practices into your daily routine.
- How to balance the energies through yogic practices?
- Emphasis on Yogic practices as per ancient teachings from the scriptures of yoga and tantra.
- Yoga Classes and events will have a discussion on certain topics along with the below practices
a) Asana - Physical exercise with breath awareness
b) Pranayama - Breathing practices to balance the life force
3) Pratyahara - Relaxation practices like Yoga Nidra
4) Dhyana - Meditation practices derived from scriptures of Yoga and Tantra
5) Mantra chanting - The science of sound vibration
