This group is about Self-Esteem and is for people who want to change their lives for the better. Discussion and techniques to help anxiety, cptsd and low self esteem sufferers increase confidence. Learn how you can overcome anxiety, enjoy better relationships and improve your life with hypnotherapy, NLP, Mindfulness, CBT and EFT.
Mark stubbles is award-winning clinical hypnotherapy practitioner. I have studied hypnosis at the highest levels with the most well-regarded trainers and hypnosis training schools. I have obtained certification in several modalities besides hypnotherapy these include NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) of which I am a master practitioner, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and I am also a master practitioner of Mindfulness.
It's based on the Idea, "Your Level of Being Attracts Your Life". If you want a better life raise your level of being.
What is "your level of being"? You can express your level of being by saying "I am ……… " and then filling the gap with what you truly think about yourself. and what you truly think about yourself gives you your level of Self-Esteem.

Author Bio:
I understand the debilitating effects of blushing and social anxiety because I've lived it. My blushing was so intense that it caused me deep shame and embarrassment. I felt like everyone was watching and judging me, leading to paranoia and even more blushing. Social interactions became incredibly difficult, and I began isolating myself. Working from home, few friends, and dysfunctional relationships became my norm.Everything changed when I discovered hypnotherapy. After just one session of self-hypnosis, I experienced a remarkable shift. It was so transformative that I'm now dedicated to helping others break free from the cycle of blushing and anxiety.
