Our mission is simple: to bring together artists and makers, foster creative connections, and grow a supportive community where we can share ideas, get inspired, and build lasting friendships. Wood Burning Workshop - DIY Serving Board

In this beginner friendly workshop, participants will wood burn a serving board.
- You will be able to choose from a variety of design patterns that we will transfer onto our wood.
- You will learn the basics of wood burning and how to apply a variety of different mark making techniques to your work.

Glass Mosaic Workshop (2-Day)
Asbury Park Art Club, 1100 North Ocean Ave, Asbury Park, NJ, USAdvance registration at Over the Moon Art Studios is required.
(Two-Part Beginner-Friendly Series)
Dive into the colorful world of glass mosaic art! In this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn the essentials of glass cutting, design, and mosaic techniques to create your very own framed masterpiece.During Session 1, you'll be introduced to the tools and materials, learn basic glass cutting skills, and begin laying out your design on an 8" x 8" panel. A variety of beginner-friendly templates will be available to choose from — or, if you have a bit of experience, you're welcome to bring your own printed design to work from! You'll cut, arrange, and glue your glass pieces into place with plenty of guidance along the way.
In Session 2, once your artwork has had time to set, you'll return to learn the grouting process — bringing your mosaic to life with finishing touches that make your colors pop. Your finished piece will be set into a frame, ready to hang on your wall or display in a sunny window.
This two-part workshop is designed to be relaxed, creative, and highly supportive — no previous experience needed, just a willingness to play with color, texture, and light!What’s included:
- All glass, tools, adhesives, grout, and frames
- Step-by-step instruction
- A variety of designs to choose from (or bring your own idea!)
Session Details:
- Session 1: Learn to cut glass, plan your design, and complete your mosaic layout.
- Session 2: Grout, clean, and frame your finished artwork.

In this special workshop, Louise will share her personal approach to Gelli plate printing, guiding you through techniques that encourage experimentation, layering, and unexpected beauty.Whether you're new to Gelli printing or already obsessed, this session is all about happy accidents, creative play, and discovering new possibilities with texture, color, and composition.
