We are mainly working w higher vibration sound hear.
I believe we are as healthy as our state of vibration. Modern day living conditions create stresses that lowers our vibration. Often we don't even realize it until restored. Vibrational healing helps restore our natural state of being with no physical effort. its something that must be experienced. If your in the Asheville area you have access to this experience right here. You should feel the difference. I moved here in 2022 from Hawaii and now ready to share with ya'll
A typical experience is to arrive, meet, and settle in. When gathered and ready, prepare to relax and lay down for about a one hour sound journey, then share experiences, make some friends while grounding into a post gong state of being. There is an assortment of tea and a wood fire, comfy couches too.
In the barn at the inner wolf retreat space, there is a nice size collection of sound healing instruments including 13 gongs, many crystal bowls, other bowls and unique sounding instruments to enhance your experience. Check out the Inner Wolf hear

When the gong sings your being listens. It listens with every cell of your body. You hear it and feel it. You begin to sense more. The obscure sounds leave your brain guessing and eventually stops as you begin to feel and heal. The vibrational frequencies penetrate into every cell of your body. The experience is personal like a dream. There are moments during a gong meditation where the subconscious can become conscious, the mystery becomes illuminated and insight follows. Intention setting can be powerful in this soundscape.
For first time travelers, No experience necessary , the gong meets you where you are. A curious open mind helps.
If your a frequent traveler, every experience is different. For a comfortable time memory foam pads are provided. blankets and pillows are available but can run out during larger gathering. Recommend bringing a water bottle and personal blankets, pillows if you desire. crystals, stuffed animal, anything you feel to enhance your journey.
I am David Heiss, in 2012 I stumbled into a gong bath and it changed my life for the purer. I have since dedicated myself to the sound healing path. I continue to explore the mysteries of vibration.

We start In the Sound Pyramid (Barn) by 7:30 pm for a sound meditation journey for about one hour, then migrate to the field for extraordinary up close immersion. Indoors for the sound and outdoors for the viewing We will have tea and water available.
Dress in layers as it cools in the eve here in Wolf Laurel. Please bring a chair and water bottle for outside; we have a few chairs here if needed.
What is "Sound Healing"?
We have found it to be a blend of non rhythmic overtones of a large range of frequencies. The sound current is heard and felt from inside you as it permeates your cells. The sound helps clear and restore your physical and energetic fields.
Also available at the Inner Wolf Retreat Space are overnight rooms to stay on-site and relax and reset further.
