🎤Rodrigo Afanador: Rodrigo Afanador is the founder of Asheville Cash Buyers, established in 2012, and has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions in the Asheville area. A former President of the Carolina Real Estate Investors Association (CREIA), Rodrigo is passionate about educating and connecting investors. He also hosts the Who Is Asheville podcast, highlighting the people, businesses, and ideas shaping the city. Known for his expertise in marketing, Rodrigo built his business through cold calling and later mastered direct mail and SEO/PPC strategies, generating over 100 leads from digital efforts and sending 55,000+ mailers in 2021.
🎤Zacory Ruiz: Zac is the author of the widely-read Ruiz Report on Western NC real estate and the founder of remc, creators of the Agent Performance Management system. A local broker, landlord, and investor, Zac shares expertise gained from his DIY renovation adventures and diverse career. Previously a Marine Infantry Sgt with two Iraq tours, he also worked on Capitol Hill and at JPMorgan before diving into entrepreneurship. Now focused on real estate technology, Zac combines programming, data, and automation to revolutionize the industry.
🎤Kim Winters: Kim Winters is the Founder of Power of Women World and leads The Kim Winters Team powered by Movement Mortgage, consistently ranked among the top 10 loan officers nationally. With over 20 years in the financial industry, she has helped thousands of clients navigate the mortgage process while empowering women in the field. Kim is a highly awarded professional, recognized by Scotsman’s Guide, Top 40 Under 40, and Mortgage Banker of the Year. Passionate about giving back, she supports organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Eblen Charities while inspiring women to lead authentically and strategically.
