
What we’re about
The One Life Mind & Body meet up group encourages women to live more intentionally and authentically across all areas of their life (spiritually, physically, emotionally, environmentally, financially, occupationally, socially, intellectually). Through gentle mind and body practices such as yoga, walking, hiking, and journaling, individuals cultivate awareness to discover who they are in this phase of life, where they are headed and what support is needed to get there. All are welcome, no experience required. Where possible, we seek to gather in nature.
