Hello Everyone,
This is Shana with Balanced Wellness. The purpose of this group is for healing, restoration, and self-love. So many of us give of ourselves finding little or no time at all to focus on our on healing and mental health. We will be hosting a weekly guided Body Scan Meditation, along with a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course.
