What we’re about
Hello , welcome to the Barnsley and Rotherham meet up group , we are also open to anyone based in the South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire areas including Sheffield , Doncaster , Wakefield, Huddersfield and Leeds.
I feel that both Barnsley and Rotherham areas are lacking a proper meetup group of It’s own so that’s why I decided to create one back in the Summer of 2023 to change all that .
We aim to be an inclusive and friendly group designed to make new friends and have fun together on a regular basis.
Activities can include Pub crawls , Coffee and Cake meets , Afternoon walks in the Countryside, evening bowling 🎳 and day trips by train to various towns .
We also have an active WHATSAPP group chat so members and regulars can keep in contact with each other outside of meet up events , so message me privately if anyone would like to join that .
