We are housed in Karma House Community Wellness.
This is an introduction to mindfulness class. We come together with the intention to prioritize awareness over thought patterns. All levels are welcome. We begin the guided meditation at 6:05pm and end at 6:30p. Feel free to stay for tea after. We look forward to practicing with you all soon!
This event is offered freely but your donations allow us to rent space and provide supplies.
Our instructors have many years of meditation experience and solitary retreats. This class is a simple introduction to mindfulness that can be supportive in any tradition of practice.
