**How does nature nurture the brain? **After a 60-minute walk in nature, activity in brain regions involved in stress processing decreases...
Mental health prescription: Nature
Being in nature can boost your mood and improve mental health. Spending quality time in the great outdoors reduces stress, calms anxiety, and can lead to a lower risk of depression, according to a study done by researchers at Stanford University. In addition to having mental health benefits, being outdoors opens up your senses to your surroundings and improves your sensory perception. Taking in the sights, smells, and feelings of nature has so many health benefits it can even be prescribed by a doctor.
Our Club events have a very positive impact on people's lives, people meet, fall in love💘 meet new friends, HAPPY, better health, less stress, anxiety, depression, isolate being alone and got extra bonus for LOVE 💞
*Note: We appreciate your support to keep our club thriving. Your donation/contribution helps cover our costs and enhance our meetups.
A small event fee helps cover organizing costs, including planning, permits, and many other expenses that go into making these events happen. A lot of time and effort goes into researching trails, securing permits, and managing unexpected challenges. Your support helps keep these adventures going—thank you for being part of the journey!
*When you attend our group events, implied consent is assumed for photography. If you prefer not to be photographed, please feel free to let people know.
Join us and be part of a community that not only promotes wellness but also nurtures lifelong friendships and, in some cases, love stories. We look forward to meeting you and making lasting memories together!

Hello Ocean Lovers, Let's go for a Green Exercise Wellness Hike by the beach, enjoy fresh Ocean air, Healing Sea for our physical health and mental well-being😇 meeting new friends and see Elephant Seals at🏖
Año Nuevo State Park is a state park of California, United States, encompassing Año Nuevo Island and Año Nuevo Point, which are known for their pinniped rookeries. Located in San Mateo County, the low, rocky, windswept point juts out into the Pacific Ocean about 55 miles south of San Francisco and the Golden Gate.
Año Nuevo State Park is home to the largest mainland population of northern elephant seals in the world.
This hike along ocean bluffs brings visitors to Año Nuevo Point, a major bird migratory route and fantastic birding location. Just offshore sits Año Nuevo Island and the remains of a 19th-century lighthouse and fog signal station. The elephant seals at Año Nuevo State Reserve are living out one of the world's greatest escapes from extinction, and are one of the best wildlife watching experiences in California.
Things have been getting better for the elephant seals of the Pacific Coast in the century since humans stopped slaughtering them: Their population has recovered from hundreds to over a hundred thousand.
Now, thousands of northern elephant seals come to Año Nuevo and a few other beaches in California and Mexico to breed. You'll be amazed at how many of elephant seals fill Año Nuevo at the height of the season. Veteran elephant seal watchers advise that cool, cloudy days promise the best seal action -- they try to preserve energy on hot days but they're much more mobile on chilly ones.
Watch:Keep an eye out for migrating whales, sea lions, harbor seals, coyote, wildflowers, endemic garter snake
