What we’re about
This group is about gaining understanding of why others do things, even when it seems to make no sense. Have you ever thought to yourself, "How can someone think that way?" Or "Why is that person so angry at me?"
There is a reason why others do and say things they later regret, or that don't fit the situation or facts. Knowing a bit about why that is can help you be at peace with those around you. Just realize that those around you make up the world around you. If you want to gain an understanding of yourself and others, this is your group. During free weekly meetings (virtual at the moment) we will go over the basics of the mind, rational and non-rational thinking, and explore the potential for you to better understand and control your environment rather than let the environment control you.
